Dana Lawrence has been a leader within the fitness industry since 2005. With her own personal struggles of women health issues and weight; she knows first-hand how her clients feel when they walk through the door. There is never a dull moment training with her. She is always creating fun and innovative ways to keep her fitness stars engaged during their health and wellness journey. Sessions may include cardio boxing, strength training, plyometric exercises, Pilates, and more. In addition, she is trained to adapt workouts based on an individual's particular physical limitations or fitness level and trains clients as young as six-years-old to 55 and older.

Damien D. Lawrence is an avid Martial Artist studying the traditional Chinese Martial Arts of Kung Fu and Tai Chi; in addition to his certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise. He has experience training with groups and individuals of varying ages from preschoolers to geriatric adults in various formats. He has earned his 2nd degree black belt at Shaolin-Do under the tutelage of Sifu Maiky Tran and is currently pursuing his black sash in Tai Chi while continuing his kung fu training. Mr. Lawrence was educated at Norfolk State University and Tidewater Community College in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia; where he majored in Graphic Design. Before a workout or a class he likes to listen to hip-hop to get pumped up!
